About Danelle

My passion is helping woman to let go of what is holding them back. To find healing from the past and step into the present. Immersing in and connecting with the landscapes and elements of Nature to navigate into the wilderness of your soul. Letting go of what no longer serves you, leading you to a deeper connection with nature and your true authentic self. I recently embarked on one of the most amazing journeys of my life. I spent 2017 hiking the Mountains-to-Sea Trail. Finishing February 10, 2018, one year from the date I started. All though I have benefited greatly from my formal education, navigating through some difficult life experiences has been my greatest teacher. Spending time in the stillness of Nature has allowed me to step into these experiences and find the light in the darkness. To bring with me the lessons, strength and courage, and the many parts of us that I had left behind. Nature is a place where you can hear the whispers of your soul, find clarity, vision and healing, and truly is a teacher, healer and guide.

My formal education and certifications consists of:

Tamara Mansfield, Treasurer

Hi! I'm Tamara Mansfield, herbalist, Huna master and Reiki II practitioner. My love of herbalism started as a child. I would pick red clovers and take them to my grandmother when I was around 6 or 7 years old and tell her that they were beautiful, and could we eat them? I've always "tinkered" with herbs but that wasn't my "career" until now.  I have over 200 herbs in my apothecary which is at my home in Stoneville NC. I offer classes on herbs and tinctures.

Tara Richardson

Guide/Volunteer

Tara loves hiking and spending time in nature.  She has overcome many challenges in her life.  She is hard of hearing and uses sign language as her primary language. Her desire is to encourage other women who are deaf or hard of hearing to discover the magic of Nature.

She takes in nature as a healing process within herself and would like others to seek healing in nature as well.

Tara's future goal is to hike the Mountains-to-Sea trail in 2019.

Pam Lowder

Guide/Facilitator

Pam loves being in nature, especially in the woods. The forest has seen her through many changes.

Though she may not walk the fastest or climb the highest peak, over the years she has enjoyed the experience of observing and learning about nature and changes that come with each season.
